All prices displayed on the Website are in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards and authorised payment processors.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order placement. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may lead to cancellation or investigation.
The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when:

1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing (email is fine).
What happens after cancellation
- You have another 14 days after requesting cancellation to return the items.
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof of return, whichever is sooner.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Limitations
This statutory right does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed for hygiene reasons
- Products where the safety seal has been removed
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards
All other unopened items remain eligible under your cooling-off rights.
2. Returns Eligibility (Product Condition Requirements)
For a return to be accepted:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Safety seals and hygiene seals must be intact
- Items must be returned with all accessories, labels, and inserts
We cannot accept returns for skincare or bath products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, in accordance with hygiene and consumer protection guidelines.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

5. Return Shipping Costs
- For unwanted items or change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, incorrect, or damaged items, we cover the cost of return postage.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued for items lost during transit where no proof of return is available.
6. Refund Timelines
Refunds will be processed within:
- 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or
- 14 days of receiving valid proof that the item has been sent back
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping costs are refunded only where legally required (e.g., for faulty or incorrect items).
Please allow your bank or card provider additional processing time.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we can only offer exchanges for faulty or incorrect items.
All other items must be returned for a refund, and a new order placed.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened skincare
- Unsealed bath products
- Used textile items (e.g., towels, wash mitts)
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale (as permitted by law)
We always follow the most updated legal rules regarding product classification and consumer fairness.
9. Missing Orders, Lost Parcels & Non-Delivery
If your order appears lost in transit:
- We will investigate with the courier
- You may be asked to confirm details in writing for fraud-prevention compliance
- A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete
All investigations follow the courier's and government-issued fair-trading standards.

Our Liability If You Are A Business
This clause only applies if you are a business customer.
- Harry & Rose only supply the Products for internal use by your business, and you agree not to use the Product for any resale purposes.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Harry & Rose's liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession); or
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
- Subject to the above exceptions, Harry & Rose will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract for:
- any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- loss or corruption of data, information or software;
- loss of business opportunity;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of goodwill; or
- any indirect or consequential loss.
- Subject to the above exceptions, Harry & Rose's total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Products.
- Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Harry & Rose do not give any representation, warranties or undertakings in relation to the Products. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, Harry & Rose will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.
Our Liability If You Are A Consumer
This clause only applies if you are a consumer.
- If Harry & Rose fail to comply with these Terms, Harry & Rose are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract.
- Harry & Rose only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and Harry & Rose have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Harry & Rose do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession);
- any breach of the terms implied by section 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Events Outside Our Control
- Harry & Rose will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below.
- An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
- If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract:
- Harry & Rose will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
- our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
- You may cancel a Contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and Harry & Rose will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
