Absolutely. You can ship your order to a different recipient's address and add a personalised note at checkout if you choose.

Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Under UK Consumer Contract Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed.

2. What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
  • Opened skincare or bath products
  • Used towels or wash mitts
  • Unsealed hygiene-sensitive items
  • Personalised items
  • Free gifts or gift-card purchases

3. Who covers return postage?

If returning due to a change of mind, customers cover postage. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.

4. How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days. Your bank may require additional time for the funds to appear.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
